Jennifer Dusenberry is an experienced marketing strategist who helps organizations find a clear path for connecting. Equal parts dot connector and idea generator, she specializes in uncovering what buyers fundamentally need and want—and how to deliver an experience that motivates engagement. The result is breakthrough brand and integrated marketing campaigns that deliveron business objectives.

With expertise across sectors, including B2B, consumer, nonprofit and government, she brings to every engagement a powerful blend of insights and best practices. She possesses particular expertise in mapping buyer journeys and connecting marketing with sales enablement.

A trained sociolinguist, Jennifer is also an expert in analyzing conversation. She sees and hears on a deeper level how people interact, decide and make meaning in their lives—and how that changes over time. The end result is uncovering new patterns in behavior and unexpected ideas for building stronger relationships with customers.

Jennifer led the strategy and research practice of an independent marketing and communications firm. Her former roles also include senior-level strategist positions at both Gallup and global public relations firm Porter Novelli. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and received a master’s degree in linguistics from Georgetown University.
