LinkedIn Influencer Marketing

Challenge

As a leading legal advisor to global clients, wanted to understand if there was a correlation between online influential on LinkedIn and offline business performance (billings).

Solution

Carbon Design created a tech enabled Social Scorecard that assessed the LinkedIn profiles of over 600 partners, 8 practices and 14 offices.. The scorecard assigned values to the number of followers, frequency and volume of content sharing, and social engagements (Comments & Likes).

Turns out Top Performers are Actively Engaged on Social Media

Research demonstrated a positive correlation between the firm’s top performing partners and their social media scores. It also identified top performing partners, office locations and practice areas. The output of the engagement is now helping to train partners and offices on the benefit from stronger social engagement in a way that gets their attention – connecting it to revenue performance.
