Personality Based Marketing

Challenge

Use a new product launch to test personality-based marketing. Would actual behavior match the behavior predicted by personality profiling.

Solution

Identify 200 personality types with the highest propensity to respond to marketing outreach from a list of 1200. Review and update content to align with those personality types. Build a post event lead nurturing plan that aligns using “next best step” theory.

Outcome

Unreachable Personality Types Call for Next Best Step

After profiling 800 prospect on the list, the team could not identify the 200 personality types targeted. Uncovered in the assessment was the overwhelming majority presence of a very difficult and almost unreachable personality type. The team readjusted the content, follow up plan and assess the potential success of the webinar.
