Eva is a problem solver with 15+ years of experience in design and implementation of solutions, go-to-market strategies and operating models, sales and partner enablement, lead generation and customer engagement. She experienced these initiatives in internal corporate roles as well as a consultant, and across a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, investment banking, hardware manufacturing/CPG and executive recruitment.

Prior to working with Carbon Design, Eva drove the design, configuration, and rollout of r4 artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions in global accounts. Previously, she managed the global partner program office at CA Technologies (Computer Associates), spearheading the execution of a go-to-market model that she helped develop as part of MarketBridge, a sales and marketing consulting firm.

Prior to consulting, Eva worked with technology startups. She started her career in emerging markets analysis and technology M&A. Eva holds an MBA from Cass Business School in London, UK and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
