Glen is a marketing and innovation strategist and educator. He is a co-founder of Carbon Design and served for a decade as Chief Innovation Officer of B2B marketing agency, Quarry. Most recently he founded Post-Carbon Pathfinders, a strategy practice specialized for the innovators who are building a more sustainable world.

Glen supports Carbon’s clients through the facilitation of executive decision-making around brand strategy, product innovation and product launch campaigns. Designing of customer insight programs with particular emphasis on persona development. He also works on the development and application of projective techniques for user-experience assessment in conjunction with digital product invention or updating.
