Tony & Scott did a great job and were incredibly generous with their time. They have been keen to have additional calls/debriefs as we prepared for sessions, and have given a lot of additional brainpower to ensuring the insight was strong enough that we would get to a good end-point. With David having left before we got into the nitty-gritty of figuring out how to run these sessions, and with only ever having seen one Content Strategy workshop (which was shambolic due to an appalling insight), I have really appreciated all of their help!”

Some problems are straightforward and easier to solve. Some problems linger for a long time and are much tougher to crack. With the help of Carbon Design and the Basadur techniques they shared, we stepped back to tackle one of our toughest problems. The process was hard work, but fun, insightful, and well worth it. We are looking forward to seeing the impact of the new ideas and solutions we will be implementing as a result of the workshop.
