Trextel, former Managed Service Provider (MSP) turned Managed Services as a Service (MSaaS) provider, sought Carbon’s expertise to refine and reposition its brand identity and messaging in the market.
Carbon guided the Trextel team through a comprehensive rebranding journey. This included the creation of a new logo, redefined brand positioning, and updated messaging to align with their MSaaS focus. The project also encompassed the development of engaging content, a redesigned website with a dedicated MSP resource center, and the design of email/newsletter templates. Additionally, Carbon produced a suite of print and digital sales and marketing assets to support Trextel’s new brand identity.
